We present to you our product EWA aerobic fermenter, which brings to the market a way to process biodegradable waste into 100% sanitized compost or biofuel.
Implementation options
EWA Aerobic Fermenter is a complete technology for controled thermophilic aerobic fermentation, by use of in-vessel odour-free dry composting method, for processing all kinds of biodegradable wastes including sludges and animal by-products.
The final product is a sanitized and stabilized fermentate with properties that meet the legal requirements for its subsequent application as agrotechnical compost, recultivation substrate or biofuel.
The properly prepared input mixture is loaded in the fermenter using the built-in NV conveyor. The fermentation process is automated and the batch processing takes place in unattended mode. The control computer enables the export of data and the printing of a log of the fermentation process. As soon as the fermentation process is finished, the resulting product - fermentate - is taken out of the fermenter using the NV conveyor and placed on a designated area for compost maturation.

The correct preparation and composition of the input waste mixture with regard to its moisture, particle size and the ratio of carbon to nitrogen content is essential for the effective course of fermentation. We propose the optimal filling formula (recipe) according to the conditions and applicable sources of waste intended for processing at the installation site.
