Purpose:
Thesubject of the action: "Modification of a furnace bin of the K5 boiler - the 2ndstage - Outlet of screw feeders" was a change of the current system of removingof material from the sections Nr.1 - 3 of the furnace bin of the K5 boiler, bymeans of which independent material transport to the K5 boiler wassimultaneously provided. The realization was performed on the basis of the currentbad condition of the supply line with the help of drag-line conveyors whichwere faulty due to their multiyear operation resulting in the necessary outagesand downtimes of the K5 boiler.
- dismantling of end chutes of the sections Nr. 1, 2 and 3 of the furnace bin of the K5 boiler
- installation of new chutes
- installation of screw conveyors D = Ø200, Ø280 mm, L = 5,000 ÷ 6,000 mm
