With the increased contents of fine parts in coal,it sometimes happens that during discharging vaults in a hopper occur and thisresults in faults in the material flow. In order to remove this problem, allinner oblique walls were lined with the plastic material "Dialen Lining"(UHMW-PE) with the thickness of 10 mm. Further, sword nozzles of our ownconstruction with the system of pulse blow-off with pressurized air wereinstalled into the hoppers.
In the second stage, the current belt dischargingconveyors were replaced by the new ones with integrated scales. Afterconnection to the new control system, it is possible to dose individual kindsof coal more precisely during preparation of the optimal mixture for cokeproduction.
