Purpose:
The purpose of the construction isproduction of power and coking coal from bituminous coal sludge dumped inoutside sedimentation tanks. The whole construction was divided into thefollowing operational units:
- Hydraulic extraction and primary sorting
- Enriching and mechanical dewatering of the product
- Heat drying
- Storing of the final product
- Concentration and dewatering of waste
- Storing of the waste
Basic technical parameters:
Bituminous coalsludge extraction:
- extraction method hydraulic method - floating dredger
- surface of the extracted tank 1,000 x 600 m
- extracting depth max. 12 m
- required output 120 tons per hour
Treatment ofbituminous coal sludge:
- processing method fraction 0 ÷ 0,25 mm flotation
fraction0.25 ÷ 2 mm separation spirals
Storing of products:
- storing capacity ca 10 000 tons
- output of transport to storing place 100 tons per hour
- output of expedite transport 200 tons per hour
