Modernisation of the coal preparation plant in the ČSM coal mine

Purpose:
The main idea of modernization ofthe coal preparation plant was replacing of the current three-product washing ofcoal with the grain size of 0.5 ÷ 15 mm in jigs by washing of raw coal in denseliquid cyclones. Fine fractions of raw coal are then treated in separationspirals and in the current flotation. The construction includes vast modificationsto steel structures of particular platforms and repairs of concrete structures.
The technology of coal preparationis divided into these partial technological nodes:
1. Sludge discharge
2. Washing in dense liquid cyclones
3. Dewatering of washing products
4. Washing liquid regeneration
5. Sludge sorting and washing of 0 ÷ 1 mm sludge
6. Sludge dewatering
7. Treatment of a sludge circle
