Manufacturing documentation

RPS Ostrava also preparesmanufacturing (workshop and assembly) documentation for technological facilitiesdesigned for handling powdered materials and steel frameworks. The resultingproduction is taken care of by the customer himself or the facility may bemanufactured by our partner companies.

Facilities are as follows:

belt, screw and rake conveyors of varied construction
hoppers, spouts, pants hoppers including control valve
discharge plows
accumulation vehicles
storage frames for machines and facilities
storage and operational containers
closures for containers of varied construction
tanks
modification of existing facilities, etc.
manufacturing documentation for steel frameworks, including static calculations

All documentation isprepared and transferred digitally on CD/DVD or in printed form.
RPS Ostrava uses only legal software for the preparation of documentation. Allproject and construction work takes place using AutoCAD. Basic designs andmanufacturing drawings are modelled in 3-D using Autodesk Inventor. The designand auxiliary rigidity calculations are implemented using appropriate computerprograms. Depending upon the specifications and wishes of investors,documentation may be saved using lower versions of the programs for easieraccess by the target customer.
