Ecologization of existing technologies and the manufacture of biofuels

Hermetic sealing, sealing and spraying of roadways

Dustiness is and undesiredside effect of transporting powdered and chunked materials. The reduction ofdust originating from transport facilities and spreading into the environmentmust be done for health, ecology and legal reasons. Legal norms designatelimits for permissible amounts of pollutants escaping into the atmosphere.

The modification of existing technologies and transport facilities in keepingwith Government Regulation 406/2004 of the legal code on More Detailed Demandsfor the Provision of Safety and the Safeguarding of Health during Work in anEnvironment with the Danger of Explosion must be carried out by experts withmaximum precision.

Company employees know how to analyze the problem and recommend a solution forhermetization spraying of roadways. They offer a comprehensive solutionincluding implementing, putting into operation and transferring the work to theend-user.
After undertaking modification of existing roadways and transfer points, therewill be a reduction of several times in the admission values for dust asopposed to the original values. There will also be an improvement in theworking environment and a reduction of cleaning costs. A priority in makingmodifications is to reduce the danger of an explosion and minimize the impactof dust on human health.

Example of modification of roadways - see Reference Sheet.

Production of biofuels incompost facilities

In the majority of cities, the handling of biologically degradable waste (grass, leaves, wood, hay, etc.)is completely inadequate. Most often, this waste is gathered and transported towaste dumps. Composting offers an alternative for further use of the waste, with an attendant reduction in the amount of waste stored in the dump.

RPS Ostrava works with partner companies capable of providing economicallyadvantageous comprehensive technology designs for the manufacture, transportand storage of biofuels.
A compost facility is based upon the enlightened concept of treating thecompost in a closed space using aerobic fermentation. Aerobic fermentationtakes it possible to process the entire amount of waste using managed, intensive, aerobic thermophile fermentation. Inside the fermentation facility,it is possible to treat pathogenic wastes such as wastewater treatmentsediments, etc. Fermentation facilities also allow for the treatment of wastesgoverned by EC Regulation 1774/2002, which also covers secondary animal wastes, using compost technology.

The output of the compost facility is biochemically stable and hygienic. Thetechnology allows for the manufacture of compost in keeping with the law onfertilizer (organic mineral fertilizer), as well as with legislation onrenewable energy sources (biomass - compost for use as energy).

Transport and storage ofbiofuels

Recently our company has been intensely occupiedwith problems and designs for technological units for the storage and transportof biofuels for existing and new sources of energy. On the reference sheet, there is a series of applications by which the transport of biofuels from fuelstorage to the operational container has been successfully provided for.Removal from the container is then done using a special movable floor system. The adjacent transport facility then transports the biofuel to the boiler.
